WhatsApp payment reminders
Asking for money is hard for most shopkeepers. Baki Fast writes the message for you: the customer’s name, the exact amount, your shop’s name and, if you like, your bank details. You just send it.

How do you send a reminder?
On the customer’s account, tap Remind. Choose WhatsApp or SMS; the message opens with the customer’s number. You can change it however you like before sending.
Hello Ahmet Yilmaz, your balance with Star Grocery is 1,250.00. Please pay when convenient. Thank you. Payment details: <bank details>
The last line carries the payment details you saved, such as your bank details (IBAN, UPI, Pix…).
A short note after every entry
After writing credit or a payment you can send the customer a short note: "Hello Ahmet Yilmaz, 340.00 was added to your account on 3 Nov 2026. Current balance: 1,590.00." Both sides see the same number, so there is no "it wasn’t that much" argument at the end of the month.
Don’t miss what is due

Three rules for staying polite
- Write the exact amount; a rounded or guessed number starts arguments.
- Don’t send late at night or on a holiday morning; send during working hours.
- Never share someone’s debt with anyone else, least of all in a group chat.

Does the message go from WhatsApp Business too?
Yes. The message opens in whichever WhatsApp is installed on your phone; you do the sending.
What if the customer has no number?
You can copy the message and send it from any app, or add the number later.
Are messages sent automatically?
No. Baki Fast never messages anyone by itself; you see every message and you send it.
