Which tone should I pick?
- Friendly: a first reminder or a regular customer. Short, ends with thanks.
- Overdue: names the promised date and asks for a clear day.
- Installment: gives the amount and day of the next part.
- Final notice: respectful but clear about the next step. No threats.
When should I send it?

Do I have to do this by hand for every customer?

Is what I type sent anywhere?
No, the message is made in your browser. If you tap "Open in WhatsApp", only the text is handed to WhatsApp.
Do I need the phone number?
No. Without a number, WhatsApp opens and you pick the chat yourself.
