Account statement generator

What should a statement show?
- Your shop’s name and contact details
- The customer’s name and the period
- The date, description and amount of each entry
- Total on credit, total paid and the balance
A statement is not an invoice: it is the breakdown of the account between two sides. When customers see the figures, they pay more easily.
Do I have to type this every month?
