Payment receipt generator
Give customers a receipt when they pay off part of their tab. Someone who owed 1,250 pays 500: the receipt shows the 500 received and the 750 still owed. Save it as a 58 or 80 mm slip, share it or print it.

What a payment receipt should show
- Your shop’s name and phone number
- The name of the customer who paid
- The date and a receipt number
- The previous balance, the amount received and the balance left
- A note if you like ("cash", "bank transfer")
The receipt is drawn with the Baki Fast app’s own receipt layout: save it on the phone and send it on WhatsApp, or print it on a thermal printer with Print Fast.
Is this receipt a tax invoice?
No. A payment receipt records a payment between you and the customer; it is not a tax invoice or a till receipt. Keep issuing those as the law of your country asks.
Do I have to type this for every payment?
In Baki Fast the receipt is ready as soon as you write the payment in the book, with the balances from the book. More in account statements.
Questions
Is the receipt saved anywhere?
No. It is drawn in your browser; the names and amounts you type are not sent anywhere.
58 mm or 80 mm?
Pick your thermal printer’s paper width. If you only share it, 80 mm is easier to read.
