Credit book Excel template
Keep your credit book in Excel for free: one row per sale on credit or payment, and each customer’s balance works itself out. Ravi takes 250 on credit and pays 100, so the sheet shows 150 still owed. If you prefer paper, print the A4 page.

The Excel file works out the totals when it opens. The PDF is made in your browser; nothing you type is sent.
What is in the template?
- Credit book sheet: date, customer, details, credit, payment and balance; 300 rows ready.
- Customers sheet: each customer’s total credit, total paid and balance, filled in by itself.

- Opens in Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice and Numbers; the only formulas are SUMIF and IF.
How is the balance worked out?
On each row, Balance adds up that customer’s credit up to that row and takes away their payments. That is why the customer’s name must be written the same way on every row.

Where a spreadsheet stops
A spreadsheet adds up, but it does not remind: whose payment is late, who to message, how a customer gets a statement, what happens if the phone is lost. Baki Fast does those jobs for free and can import your Excel file. See from paper to the app.
Questions
Is the template free? Do I need to sign up?
Free, and no sign-up. The file downloads straight away, and what you write in it stays on your computer or phone.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes, with the Excel or Google Sheets app. For a book kept on the phone, though, Baki Fast is easier: pick the customer, type the amount, done.
Can I move the template into Baki Fast?
Yes. In the app, Settings has an Excel or CSV import for customers and balances.
