Shared accounts
With a shared account, you and your customer see the same account: credit you write shows on their phone as money they owe, and a payment they write shows on yours as a payment received.
Updated:
How do you start one?
- On the customer’s account, tap Shared account and then Create invite code.
- Send the code or the QR code to your customer (with a ready-made message for WhatsApp).
- In Baki Fast, the customer goes to Settings › Join a shared account and enters the code or scans the QR code.
The code works once and for 14 days. The customer sees the account under your shop’s name, from their side.
Who changes what?
Both sides can add entries; each person changes only what they wrote. Entries from the other side show a "Written by …" label. You can end the shared account at any time; both sides keep the entries written until then.
Privacy
Each shared account is end-to-end encrypted with its own keys; the server sees only encrypted data. A shared account shares only that person’s account, not the rest of your book.
Free and Pro
The free version has 2 shared accounts at a time, Pro has any number. Joining a shared account is always free.
